Alexander & Bishop of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, was founded in 1993 as a real estate development and investment banking company.

We develop, acquire, manage and own commercial, office, retail shopping centers and multi-family residential real estate in the midwest, focusing primarily in Wisconsin.

To date Alexander & Bishop and it's affiliates have developed over 3,000,000 square feet of shopping centers, office buildings, and multi-family apartment communities. Alexander & Bishop Real Estate Capital Markets LLC, also provides mortgage brokerage financing services to the commercial real estate industry.
